Fulfinning Your Expectations

When you choose Koch Homes, you can be confident that you are in good hands. The Koch construction process has been designed to cater to the needs of our customer, and to exceed all of your expectations.

During your buying process we’ll conduct a series of meetings to give you a solid understanding, and confidence in, the building process of your home from start to finish.

It’s Nice To Meet You
We want you to be comfortable, knowing that you are choosing the best from the start when you’re buying a Koch Home. Our sales team will provide you with the details that you’ll need to make your decision, including a list of our community standard features and available options. Meet with our Community Sales manager to ask questions, walk lots of interest, and price the home of your choice.

Contract Meeting
This is where your building experience will truly begin! You will be presented with a legal purchase agreement and various addenda that make up the legal understanding regarding the purchase of your Koch Home.

Selections Meeting
Transform a new house into your new home. You will meet with your community sales team and various specialty subcontractors, who will guide you through the selection of colors and materials, and any additional options.

Pre-Construction Meeting
Our community sales manager and construction supervisor will meet with you to walk your homesite and to review all of your personal selections for your new Koch Home. You will also be provided with Koch Homes’ safety guidelines as well as other important information.

Pre-Drywall Visit
Walk through your new home with your construction supervisor to view your home under construction, just prior to the drywall installation.

Pre-Settlement Orientation
With your home near completion, you’ll meet with your construction supervisor to complete a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the home. You’ll also review the components and systems in your new home and all warranty information.

Final Settlement Orientation & Closing
Just before closing you will meet again with your construction supervisor to review any items noted from your pre-settlement inspection. At closing the title and other documents conveying your new Koch home to you will be executed and delivered. Congratulations – you are now a Koch Homeowner!
